Job Description:

Support the accounting/finance team in various tasks related to Accounts Payable and Receivable. Assist in invoice processing, credit card reconciliations, and other finance-related functions while utilizing tools like Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks.

Job Responsibility:

Process AP and AR invoices, assisting in ad-hoc projects the accounting team needs help with
perform credit card reconciliations regularly to ensure financial accuracy
process a significant volume of invoices on a weekly basis
utilize skills in Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) for financial management

Requirements:

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role
proficiency in Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
proficient in Data Entry with keen attention to detail and accuracy
experience in Invoice Processing and ability to manage high volumes of work
skills in Microsoft Excel
high level of commitment, reliability, and professionalism

Nice to have:

Previous experience in accounting software
QuickBooks proficiency
