We are looking for a skilled Accounting Clerk for a remote contract role that has potential for a long term work solution for the right fit. This position is full time 40 hours. The role requires someone detail-oriented and capable of efficiently managing accounting and administrative tasks while adhering to consistent work blocks during Pacific Time hours.
Job Responsibility:
Prepare and distribute DocuSign packets to streamline new vendor onboarding processes
Input and maintain project, vendor, and client information within Sage Intacct
Process incoming accounts payable bills and ensure accurate posting
Support year-end 1099 reconciliation by performing necessary edits and data reviews
Assist with compiling vehicle expense reports using Concur, as needed
Add new employees to Sage Intacct promptly upon joining the team
Maintain organized and efficient workflow queues and inboxes to ensure timely task completion
Requirements:
Proficiency in Sage Intacct or similar accounting systems is highly preferred
Intermediate expertise in Excel, including data sorting, filtering, basic formulas, and pivot tables
Strong familiarity with MacOS is a significant advantage
Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new processes and systems
Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all tasks
Reliable communication skills and responsiveness during scheduled working hours
Capability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently within established timeframes
