We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our team in Miami, Florida. The ideal candidate will have experience in bookkeeping or accounting, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with financial software applications.
Job Responsibility:
Perform account reconciliations to ensure accurate financial records
Manage accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) processes to support smooth financial operations
Process invoices and maintain accurate billing records
Enter and update financial data with precision and efficiency
Utilize QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, and Microsoft Excel for various accounting tasks
Ensure compliance with organizational standards and financial regulations
Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve discrepancies
Travel to field operations as needed to support financial activities
Provide support for day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting tasks
Maintain organized documentation and records for auditing and reporting purposes
Requirements:
High school diploma required
a bachelor’s degree is preferred
At least two years of experience in financial services, with a focus on accounting or bookkeeping
Proficiency in QuickBooks and other financial software such as SAP and Oracle
Strong skills in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal abilities
High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
Successful completion of pre-employment background and drug screenings
Willingness to travel occasionally for field operations
