Accounting Clerk

• Perform Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) tasks
• reconcile credit card transactions
• answer and direct incoming phone calls
• utilize Foundation software for daily tasks
• maintain spreadsheets and data using Excel and Google Sheets
• support general administrative functions as needed

• Strong proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets
• prior AP/AR or administrative experience preferred but not required
• willingness to learn and be trained on industry-specific software and procedures
• comfortable working in a casual, non-politically correct office culture
• excellent communication and organizational skills
