The Accounting Clerk provides comprehensive support across the finance and accounting functions, assisting with data entry, reconciliation, and reporting.
Job Responsibility:
Perform data entry of accounting information
Reconcile bank statements and vendor accounts
Process invoices, expense reports, and purchase orders
Assist with accounts payable and receivable tasks
Prepare journal entries and assist with general ledger maintenance
Help prepare financial reports and documentation for audits
Maintain accurate files and physical/electronic records
Support the finance department as needed
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required
associate’s degree in accounting a plus
Experience in an accounting or bookkeeping role preferred
Proficient in MS Excel and accounting systems
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and meet deadlines
