Job Description:

The Accounting Clerk position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to the financial operations of a growing organization. It involves providing accounting and clerical support to ensure smooth financial processes.

Job Responsibility:

Perform account reconciliations to ensure accurate financial records
process accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) transactions promptly and accurately
manage billing activities, including preparing and sending invoices
enter financial data with precision to maintain up-to-date records
handle invoice processing and ensure timely payments to vendors
utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, and Oracle for various financial tasks
generate reports and summaries using Microsoft Excel for management review
assist in maintaining organized and efficient filing systems for financial documents
support the accounting team with additional administrative and clerical tasks as needed.

Requirements:

Proven experience in account reconciliation, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
proficiency in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle
strong skills in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis and report generation
familiarity with billing and invoice processing procedures
excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with a team
strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks.
