Accounting Clerk

• Enter accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
• Process data quickly and accurately using Sage 50 (or similar accounting software)
• Provide general accounting and administrative support as needed
• Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure timely, accurate record keeping

• Experience with Sage 50 or any accounting software preferred
• Manufacturing industry experience is helpful but not required
• Fast, accurate data entry skills
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
• Available to start immediately
• Proficiency in Account Reconciliation is required
• Must have experience with Accounts Payable (AP) procedures
• Knowledge of Accounts Receivable (AR) is necessary
• Familiarity with Billing processes is essential
• Data Entry skills are a must-have for this role
• Experience in Invoice Processing is expected
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required
• Knowledge of Sage 50 software is a significant advantage
