Job Responsibility:

Perform accurate data entry to maintain up-to-date financial records
Process invoices efficiently and ensure proper documentation
Utilize QuickBooks for accounting and bookkeeping tasks
Translate documents and communications into Spanish as needed
Conduct analysis to support financial decision-making and reporting
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth administrative operations
Respond to inquiries related to financial transactions and resolve issues promptly
Requirements:
Proven experience in accounts payable and receivable processes
Proficiency in using QuickBooks for financial tasks
