Job Responsibility:
Process and manage accounts payable (AP) transactions, ensuring accuracy and timely payments
Handle accounts receivable (AR) activities, including invoicing and payment tracking
Perform data entry tasks to maintain up-to-date financial records and documentation
Process invoices efficiently and verify their accuracy against purchase orders
Prepare and deliver financial reports to support decision-making and compliance
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure smooth financial operations
Maintain organized and systematic filing systems for financial documentation
Assist in audits and compliance checks by providing required records and reports
Communicate effectively with vendors and clients to address billing concerns or queries
Requirements:
Proven experience in accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) processes
Strong data entry skills with exceptional attention to detail
Ability to process invoices accurately and efficiently
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Effective communication abilities to liaise with vendors and team members
Familiarity with financial reporting and documentation
