We are a stable and growing company located in Ontario, CA seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our accounting team. The Accounting Clerk will support the accounting department with daily transactional activities including accounts payable, accounts receivable, data entry, and reconciliations. Job Responsibility:
Process vendor invoices and assist with accounts payable
Apply customer payments and assist with accounts receivable
Perform data entry and maintain accurate financial records
Reconcile bank and credit card statements
Assist with account reconciliations and month-end close support
Maintain vendor and customer files
Respond to internal and external inquiries regarding invoices and payments
Assist with filing, documentation, and audit preparation
Requirements:
1–3 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience preferred
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (basic formulas, data entry accuracy)
Experience with accounting software or ERP systems a plus
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks
Strong communication and customer service skills
