The Accounting Clerk is responsible for supporting day-to-day accounting operations, including data entry, processing transactions, and maintaining accurate financial records. This role assists with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general administrative accounting tasks while ensuring accuracy and timeliness. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable handling high-volume transactional work.

Requirements
1–3 years of accounting or administrative accounting experience
Basic understanding of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general accounting principles

Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Proficient in Microsoft Excel (basic formulas, data entry
pivot tables a plus)
Experience with accounting systems (QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP, etc.) preferred
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills and ability to work well with internal teams
