Accounting Clerk

• Organize and maintain payroll documents by filing and scanning records accurately
• Process invoices in a timely and efficient manner to ensure proper documentation and payment
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions while maintaining accurate financial records
• Perform data entry tasks to update and maintain financial databases and systems
• Utilize QuickBooks to track and manage company financial information
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations and resolve discrepancies
• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy when handling sensitive financial information
• Assist in preparing reports and summaries for management as needed
• Support the accounting team with various administrative tasks to ensure operational efficiency

• Proven experience with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and familiarity with other accounting software tools
• Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to process invoices and maintain organized financial records
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members
• Ability to handle confidential financial information with integrity

Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus
