Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented PART-TIME Accounting Clerk to join a growing team located in Mississauga, ON.

Job Responsibility:

Process accounts payable and receivable
Reconcile bank and credit card statements
Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
Assist in preparing financial reports
Manage expense tracking and petty cash
Support payroll processing (as needed)

Requirements:

A minimum of 2 year of accounting experience is required
A post-graduate diploma or degree in either business administration or accounting is required
Strong experience with MS Excel including pivot tables and v-lookups
Strong communication is required for this role
Ability to work in a cross-functional team
