We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to support daily accounting operations within a growing organization. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with financial data, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with a variety of accounting functions.
Job Responsibility:
Enter and process financial transactions including invoices, payments, and receipts
Maintain accurate and organized accounting records and documentation
Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable activities
Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
Support month-end close processes and reporting tasks
Prepare basic financial reports and summaries as needed
Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting procedures
Requirements:
1–2 years of accounting, bookkeeping, or clerical experience preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP, NetSuite, etc.)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Good communication and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
