Job Responsibility
Process invoices accurately and enter financial information into company records in a timely manner
Support accounts receivable activities by tracking payments, updating account details, and helping resolve routine discrepancies
Perform high-volume data entry with close attention to accuracy and completeness
Provide administrative assistance as needed, including handling general clerical tasks that support the broader team
Help monitor inventory records and assist with maintaining organized, up-to-date stock information
Use Microsoft Excel to manage spreadsheets, organize data, and complete basic reporting tasks
Contribute to day-to-day accounting operations by assisting with recordkeeping and other assigned support duties.
Requirements
Prior experience or training in accounting, bookkeeping, or a related administrative support role
Working knowledge of accounts receivable processes and invoice handling
Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Beginner-level Microsoft Excel skills, including the ability to work with basic formulas and spreadsheets
