In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing daily accounting operations, including data entry, accounts payable, and financial documentation. This position requires precision, organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Job Responsibility:
Accurately enter high-volume accounting and financial transactions into the system
Process accounts payable tasks, including inventory transfers and vendor invoice payments
Verify data for accuracy and resolve any discrepancies promptly
Maintain well-organized and up-to-date accounting records and files
Utilize Microsoft Excel to track data, create basic reports, and perform reconciliations
Provide general support for accounting functions and administrative duties
Respond to internal inquiries regarding transaction statuses or data accuracy
Requirements:
Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is strongly preferred
0–2 years of experience in accounting, data entry, or administrative roles
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including basic formulas, sorting, and filtering
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in repetitive tasks
Ability to meet strict deadlines in a dynamic work environment
Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and invoice processing
Strong organizational and time management skills
Capability to handle sensitive financial information with professionalism
