This long-term contract position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to the financial operations of the organization while gaining valuable experience. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting the accounting department by ensuring the accuracy of financial records and maintaining compliance with company policies.
Job Responsibility:
Maintain and update financial records and ledgers with precision
Process accounts payable and receivable transactions in a timely manner
Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies
Assist with month-end and year-end financial closing activities
Prepare financial reports and statements for review
Ensure adherence to relevant regulations and company policies
Organize and manage filing systems for financial documentation
Address inquiries from vendors, customers, and internal teams professionally
Collaborate with various departments to improve accounting workflows
Perform accurate data entry and maintain financial records in accounting software
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred
Demonstrated experience in accounting or administrative roles
Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks or equivalent
Solid understanding of accounting principles and practices
Exceptional organizational and time management abilities
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
Effective verbal and written communication skills
