This long-term contract position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to the financial operations of the organization while gaining valuable experience. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting the accounting department by ensuring the accuracy of financial records and maintaining compliance with company policies.

Job Responsibility

  • Maintain and update financial records and ledgers with precision
  • Process accounts payable and receivable transactions in a timely manner
  • Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies
  • Assist with month-end and year-end financial closing activities
  • Prepare financial reports and statements for review
  • Ensure adherence to relevant regulations and company policies
  • Organize and manage filing systems for financial documentation
  • Address inquiries from vendors, customers, and internal teams professionally
  • Collaborate with various departments to improve accounting workflows
  • Perform accurate data entry and maintain financial records in accounting software

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred
  • Demonstrated experience in accounting or administrative roles
  • Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks or equivalent
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles and practices
  • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
