Accounting Clerk

• Accounts Payables - Processing of vendor payments in a timely manner
• Accounts Receivable - Generate and send invoices to customers accurately and promptly
• Apply and post payments in accounting systems
• Liaise with vendors and customers to resolve any billing or payment discrepancies
• Coordinate and manage outbound logistics to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to customers
• Assist with other accounting tasks and special projects as needed

• Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience, preferably within a manufacturing environment
• Proficiency in Sage 50 accounting software is highly desirable
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in managing financial data
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with stakeholders
• Competence in prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently
• Familiarity with software such as Microsoft Excel, SAP, Peachtree, or Oracle NetSuite is advantageous
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic setting
