Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Accounting Clerk to join our team in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. In this long-term contract position, you will play a key role in managing financial records, supporting collections processes, and ensuring billing accuracy. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with a strong background in accounting systems and accounts receivable.

Job Responsibility:

Process and maintain accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with company policies
execute collections processes to recover outstanding payments and resolve customer inquiries
manage accounts receivable, including invoicing and payment tracking
handle claim administration and ensure timely resolution of disputes
perform billing functions with precision and attention to detail
respond to inbound calls and provide exceptional customer service related to billing and collections
utilize accounting software systems to streamline financial operations
collaborate with team members to support CRM-related tasks and data management
generate reports and analyze financial data to aid decision-making
maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive financial information.

Requirements:

Proficiency in accounting software systems and tools
experience with collections processes and accounts receivable management
familiarity with Accurint and ADP - Financial Services applications
strong knowledge of CRM systems and their integration into financial workflows
excellent organizational and time management skills
ability to handle inbound calls professionally and resolve customer concerns
detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in billing and claim administration
effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
