Job Responsibility:
Handle accounts payable processes, including verifying invoices and ensuring timely payments
Manage accounts receivable tasks, including tracking payments and following up on outstanding balances
Perform accurate data entry to maintain financial records and update systems
Utilize QuickBooks to process transactions and generate financial reports
Review and process invoices for accuracy and compliance with company policies
Reconcile financial discrepancies by analyzing account information
Prepare and maintain documentation to support accounting activities
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth financial operations
Monitor and report on financial data to support decision-making processes
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping roles
Proficiency in managing accounts payable and accounts receivable
Strong knowledge of QuickBooks software
Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to process invoices and maintain organized financial records
Familiarity with financial reconciliation and resolving discrepancies
Effective communication and collaboration skills
