Job Description:

This Contract to permanent position offers an excellent opportunity for candidates with strong organizational skills and a passion for numbers to contribute to essential financial processes. The role involves handling various accounting tasks, including reconciliation, accounts payable and receivable, and billing.

Job Responsibility:

Perform daily account reconciliation to ensure accuracy and compliance with financial records
Manage accounts payable processes, including invoice verification and payment scheduling
Oversee accounts receivable activities, such as tracking payments and resolving discrepancies
Handle billing operations, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing
Input financial data into accounting systems with precision and attention to detail
Process invoices efficiently while maintaining a high level of accuracy
Utilize Microsoft Excel to organize and analyze financial information
Collaborate with team members to address financial inquiries and provide solutions
Maintain organized records to support audits and reporting requirements

Requirements:

Proven experience in account reconciliation and financial record maintenance
Familiarity with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
Proficiency in billing operations and invoice processing
Strong data entry skills with exceptional attention to detail
Competence in using Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
Excellent communication skills to liaise with team members and stakeholders
Prior experience in a similar accounting role is preferred
