We are seeking an Accounting Clerk for a 3–6 month temporary assignment with the potential for hire. Based on general knowledge. Job Responsibility:
Support day-to-day accounting operations, including AP and AR processing
Assist with invoice entry, payment processing, and account reconciliations
Help apply payments, track outstanding balances, and support collections follow-up as needed
Maintain accurate financial records and update accounting systems with relevant transaction details
Assist with general ledger support, data entry, and other administrative accounting tasks
Partner with internal team members to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely processing of transactions
Requirements:
Entry-level or clerk-level accounting experience preferred
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred
Basic understanding of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general accounting principles
Strong attention to detail, organization, and accuracy
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and comfort learning new accounting systems
Strong communication skills and willingness to support a collaborative team environment
