Job Responsibility:
Partner with engagement teams to manage bookkeeping across a variety of client entities
Own relationships with banks and vendors—gather, organize, and analyze financial data
Keep a close eye on cash balances and reconcile accounts regularly
Generate budgeting and financial reports with accuracy and clarity
Dive into discrepancies and help clean up the numbers
Create custom financial reports—both on schedule and as needed
Support tax prep by filing reports and coordinating with advisors
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business preferred
QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel mastery
QuickBooks Online + Bill.com experience a bonus
Solid understanding of financial statements, tax/investment lingo, and fiduciary accounting (a plus)
Top-notch organizational skills and attention to detail
Confident communicator with a client-first mindset
Able to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
