We are looking for an Accounting Associate to join our team in St. Petersburg, Florida. This is a Contract to permanent position, offering an excellent opportunity to grow within a dynamic and expanding organization. In this role, you will support various aspects of the expense cycle while ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies. Job Responsibility

  • Manage vendor onboarding processes to ensure compliance and accuracy
  • Administer vendor expenses in adherence to company policies and deadlines
  • Perform accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks efficiently and accurately
  • Conduct bank reconciliations and account reconciliations to maintain financial integrity
  • Create and review accounting entries to support accurate financial reporting
  • Collaborate with colleagues and counterparties to maintain smooth operations
  • Provide detailed and error-free work to support operational and financial objectives
  • Utilize business software applications effectively to streamline processes
  • Balance multiple priorities and adapt to evolving responsibilities within the organization

Requirements

  • 0-5 years of experience in a corporate or client-facing environment
  • Strong communication skills and a detail-oriented approach for interactions with executives and clients
  • Ability to persevere and overcome challenges to meet objectives
  • High attention to detail and commitment to producing error-free work
  • Proficiency in utilizing various business software applications
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
