Job Responsibility
Prepare invoices, send them out, and enter them into the accounting system
Record customer payments and monitor accounts receivable
Send out payment reminders in coordination with the sales department
Collect and verify accounts receivable information
Review, enter, and approve supplier invoices
Prepare and enter supplier payments
Manage supplier reminders
Track supplier accounts
Prepare DEB/VAT returns and verify and review the tax bases
Record various accounting transactions
Prepare summary documents
Requirements
Accounting education (Vocational Baccalaureate in Accounting, BTS in Accounting and Management, DUT in Business Administration, or equivalent)
Proven track record in accounting in a similar role
Proficiency in accounting software (knowledge of CEGID Compta and PMI is a plus)
Strong proficiency in office software, particularly Microsoft Office
Organized, detail-oriented, and methodical approach to work
