Job Responsibility:
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate logistics
Answer phones, handle emails, and serve as a point of contact
Prepare documents, reports, and presentations
Maintain files, records, and office supplies
Assist with data entry, invoicing, and basic administrative projects
Support the team with ad hoc tasks as needed
Requirements:
1-3+ years of bookkeeping experience
QuickBooks experience required
Strong communication and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
