Robert Half is searching for entry-level Accounting Assistants for ongoing opportunities. The Accounting Assistants' duties will include: data entry, matching invoices to purchase orders or vouchers, and assisting with the processing of accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Job Responsibility:
Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records
Record daily transactions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable entries
Process and verify invoices from vendors
Ensure proper coding and documentation before submitting invoices for approval
Reconcile credit card statements and receipts
Verify and reconcile employee expense reports with receipts and company policies
Enter financial data into accounting software or spreadsheets
Maintain organized and well-documented records for easy retrieval
Support the preparation of financial reports, including income statements and balance sheets
Provide necessary information and documentation for financial audits
