Job Responsibility:
Perform accurate data entry to ensure the integrity of financial records and systems
Utilize Salesforce to manage and update financial and client-related information
Process invoices and oversee billing activities with precision and timeliness
Assist in reconciling accounts to maintain financial accuracy and compliance
Provide support for accounts payable operations, ensuring timely payments and resolving discrepancies
Maintain organized and detailed records to support audits and reporting needs
Collaborate with the accounting team to enhance processes and improve system efficiency
Use Microsoft Excel to analyze financial data and generate reports
Ensure adherence to company policies and accounting standards in all tasks
Requirements:
Proven experience in data entry with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail
Proficiency in Salesforce for managing financial or client-related data
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including the ability to create and analyze spreadsheets
Familiarity with accounts payable and billing processes
Ability to reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies effectively
