Job Responsibility:

Process commissions
Handle commission deductions and bill backs
Create invoices
Manage client preferences
Step up to cover other Accounting items as they occur
Work in a fun, exciting culture with a great team!

Requirements:

Previous Accounting experience is a plus
Fantastic people skills—building rapport is your thing
Self-starter who excels both independently and in a team
Savvy with accounting software, Quickbooks, Excel, Outlook, and MS Office
Detail-oriented with a knack for problem-solving
Ready to tackle additional responsibilities with enthusiasm
Open to feedback and eager to learn
Comfortable focusing for extended periods
Strong math skills a must
