Job Description:

The Accounting Assistant Manager will play a pivotal role in managing accounting operations within the industrial/manufacturing sector. This position, based in Shanghai, requires a professional with strong technical expertise and a keen eye for detail.

Job Responsibility:

  • Hongkong Business daily accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable and general ledger
  • Prepare accurate financial statements and reports for management review
  • Ensure compliance with local accounting regulations and standards
  • Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts
  • Coordinate internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and support
  • Monitor and manage financial transactions and reconciliations
  • Collaborate with the finance team to improve accounting processes and systems
  • Support decision-making with detailed financial analysis and insights

Requirements:

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Professional accounting qualifications, such as CPA or equivalent, are preferred
  • Proven experience in accounting roles within the industrial/manufacturing sector
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
