Job Description

We have an immediate opening in our Pune office for a qualified individual to join our fast-growing Corporate Group in the role of Accounting Assistant Intern.

Job Responsibility

  • Process accounts payable functions, including entering vouchers and expense claims
  • Record and reconcile bank transactions on a regular basis
  • Assist in month-end closing activities and related financial reporting tasks
  • Handle cash payments and receipts while ensuring proper documentation and controls
  • Review employee timesheets and post related accounting entries
  • Prepare and maintain ledger and account reconciliations
  • Support internal and external audit activities by providing required data and documents
  • Perform other finance-related and administrative duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Commerce degree (B.com) / Bachelors in Business Administration (BBA)
  • 0-3 years of accounting experience
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and practices
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proactive and deadline driven
  • Possess Problem Solving attitude
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and Tally Prime Software
  • Good communication and coordination skills
