Randstad has partnered with a leading organization in the CPG industry, looking for a motivated Accounting & Inventory Administrator to join their team immediately on a contract basis with potential to extend.

Job Responsibility:

  • Maintain accurate records of all products
  • Monitor stock levels and reorder supplies as needed
  • Process and approve invoices for payment
  • Accurately enter and process financial transactions
  • Prepare reports on inventory costs and financial data
  • Reconcile bank statements and other accounts
  • Assist with preparing documentation for financial audits
  • Resolve issues with vendors regarding orders and invoices

Requirements:

  • Previous experience with inventory management and Billing preferred
  • Proficiency with MS Dynamics, Business Central is preferred
  • 3+ years experience with Inventory management
  • Proficiency with Business Central or MS Dynamics
  • Previous Accounting experience with Accounts Receivable and Billings
