Job Responsibility

  • Lead, organize, and supervise the accounting department to ensure the company’s seamless operation regarding all accounting and tax-related matters
  • Ensure full compliance with myData digital reporting requirements and maintain adherence to current tax and commercial legislation
  • Collaborate with external auditors, tax consultants, and partners to prepare financial statements, tax returns, and ensure statutory compliance
  • Prepare and monitor the annual budget while providing regular financial reporting and insights to Senior Management
  • Establish and track Financial KPIs to evaluate and improve the company’s overall financial performance
  • Drive the design, optimization, and automation of existing financial processes to enhance departmental efficiency
  • Manage cash flow and maintain strong relationships with banking institutions to ensure company liquidity
  • Oversee credit control for domestic and international clients and manage the end-to-end accounts receivable process
  • Supervise import procedures, perform cash reconciliations, and manage the company’s insurance portfolio and contracts
  • Coordinate and oversee all necessary procedures regarding government subsidies and developmental programs

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven background in team management
  • University degree (AEI/TEI) in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field
  • Deep understanding of accounting, tax, and commercial legislation, including comprehensive knowledge of myData digital reporting requirements
  • Excellent command of ERP systems (experience with Softone is highly preferred)
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word
  • Excellent command of English (minimum C1 level)

Nice to have

A Master’s degree in a relevant discipline will be considered a significant plus
