Accounting and Control Manager

We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Accounting & Controlling Manager to lead our financial operations in Poland. This is a pivotal opportunity to build and create processes within our Finance function. Initially, you will lead the transition of our Polish accounting processes in-house (insourcing), establishing robust local internal controls and building a high-performing team. As our European operations evolve, this role is designed for rapid growth. Your remit will expand to oversee additional European legal entities, centralizing accounting operations under your leadership as we optimize our regional finance structure. Reporting to the regional finance leadership, you will be a key stakeholder in our European integration, based in our hub in Łódź.
