Job Responsibility:
Handle mail intake, scanning, distribution, and filing
Process, code, and file invoices and documents
Reconcile vendor statements and resolve issues
Review and code credit card activity
Apply payments, credits, and refunds
Prepare bank deposits (mobile and physical)
Generate AR, payment, and receivable reports
Follow up on past‑due balances and send statements
Respond to and document inquiries
Manage key/fob requests and charges
Download and format payroll reports
Research and resolve account discrepancies
Assist with bank, credit card, and system reconciliations
Support financial reports, budgets, forecasts, and filings
Organize annual compliance files
Follow financial policies and controls
Perform other assigned duties

Exposure to nonprofit accounting
Experience supporting multiple legal entities
Associate’s degree in accounting/finance or equivalent experience
