Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Analyst to support financial accuracy, reporting, and operational analysis in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. This role offers a strong mix of accounting responsibilities, inventory support, vendor communication, and cross-functional collaboration, with opportunities to contribute to process improvements.

Job Responsibility:

  • Prepare and analyze journal entries for balance sheet and income statement accounts
  • Complete monthly balance sheet reconciliations
  • Assist with reporting and analysis
  • Support physical inventory counts and inventory reconciliations
  • some travel may be required
  • Investigate and resolve pricing variances
  • Communicate with vendors to address discrepancies
  • Process inventory adjustments and provide related analysis
  • Serve as backup support for accounts payable activities
  • Produce daily, monthly, and ad hoc financial reports

Requirements:

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Process-driven mindset and comfort working with financial systems
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong math skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • 2 or more years of relevant accounting experience
  • Bachelors in accounting preferred
