A growing company based in Buena Park is seeking an Accounting Analyst to join its Finance team. This organization is experiencing rapid growth and is looking for a detail-oriented, analytical professional who can contribute to the team’s continued success.

Job Responsibility

  • Reviewing and analyzing commissions from both sales and insurance partners
  • Comparing commission structures
  • Identifying discrepancies
  • Forecasting future commission trends
  • Reconciling revenue
  • Identifying gaps in revenue streams
  • Supporting overall financial accuracy and reporting

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or financial analysis
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and data analysis tools
  • Proven ability to reconcile accounts and analyze financial data accurately
  • Solid understanding of financial forecasting and analytics
  • Experience with preparing financial reports and ensuring compliance with standards
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies in data
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
