We are looking for an Accounting Analyst to support financial operations and provide insight that strengthens planning and reporting across the business. Job Responsibility
Prepare and record journal entries while helping ensure accurate and timely completion of month-end close activities
Review accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions to maintain reliable financial records and support healthy cash flow management
Analyze inventory-related data, reconcile balances, and investigate discrepancies that may affect reporting accuracy
Build forecasts, budgets, and financial models that support business planning and operational decision-making
Perform variance analysis to explain differences between actual results, budgets, and forecasts, and summarize findings for stakeholders
Use advanced Excel capabilities, including macros, to improve reporting efficiency and streamline recurring financial analysis
Develop ad hoc analyses and data-driven insights by working with large datasets and identifying meaningful trends
Partner with cross-functional teams to support reporting needs, strengthen financial controls, and improve overall visibility into business performance
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Experience in financial analysis, accounting support, or a similar analytical finance role
Working knowledge of month-end close processes, journal entry preparation, and general accounting principles under US GAAP
Strong capability in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
Proficiency in Excel, including advanced functions
experience with macros is strongly preferred
Familiarity with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and inventory accounting concepts
Experience using Power BI, data mining techniques, or other reporting tools to interpret and present financial information
