Job Responsibility:
Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes to maintain accurate financial records
Perform detailed account reconciliations to ensure all transactions align with company standards
Oversee billing functions, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing for clients
Collaborate with internal teams to analyze financial data and provide actionable insights
Utilize accounting systems and tools to streamline workflows and improve efficiency
Prepare financial reports and documentation to support organizational goals
Manage investment banking transactions and related accounting tasks effectively
Maintain compliance with financial regulations and company policies
Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial records promptly
Requirements:
Proven experience in accounting or financial analysis roles
Strong knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and billing processes
Proficiency in using accounting systems and tools
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis and reporting
Familiarity with investment banking and related financial tasks
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in financial processes
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
