Accounting Analyst

• Support accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
• Review and process escrow disbursements, monitor account balances, and prepare replenishment statements
• Prepare and process invoices, manage expense reports, and perform account reconciliations
• Assist with the preparation of financial statements and internal management reports
• Maintain organized and accurate financial records
• Partner with the accounting team to identify process improvements
• Respond promptly to internal and external inquiries related to financial transactions
• Participate in month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities
• Support audit preparation by gathering required documentation

• Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred
• equivalent practical experience will be considered
• 2+ years of experience in an accounting, bookkeeping, or financial operations role
• Proficiency with accounting software such as QuickBooks, as well as Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
• strong Excel skills preferred
• Excellent attention to detail with strong numerical and analytical skills
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently while also contributing to a team-focused environment
• Adaptable, organized, and solutions-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven setting

Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred
