Job Description:

This position plays a vital role in supporting financial operations, ensuring system functionality, and collaborating across departments to maintain accurate financial data. The ideal candidate will combine expertise in accounting processes with technical skills to optimize workflows and enhance system capabilities.

Job Responsibility:

  • Perform daily system administration tasks, including data validation and configuration updates, to ensure smooth financial operations
  • Investigate and resolve issues related to financial systems, including transaction errors and access problems
  • Document workflows, processes, and system modifications to maintain transparency and consistency
  • Authorize funds, track expenditures, release payments, collect receipts, and generate billable reports
  • Collect, verify, and record client authorizations for expenditures
  • confirm key payment data with families and vendors

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or Information Systems
  • Minimum of 1–3 years of experience working with financial systems or enterprise resource planning (ERP) tools
  • Knowledge of accounting processes, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations, and reporting
  • Familiarity with financial platforms such as Oracle, Workday, PeopleSoft, Dynamics, or similar systems
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication abilities to effectively interact with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to document workflows and system changes clearly and comprehensively
  • Experience in troubleshooting technical issues within financial systems
