Job Description:

Long-term contract position offering opportunity to contribute to financial operations within the hospitality industry for an experienced Accounting Analyst

Job Responsibility:

Utilize QuickBooks desktop version to manage financial records
Perform bank reconciliations
Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
Create and analyze Excel spreadsheets with formulas
Conduct light financial analysis to identify trends
Work with Access software to organize financial data
Collaborate with team members for timely reporting
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience
Familiarity with QuickBooks desktop version
Proficiency in Excel including advanced formulas and spreadsheet creation
Experience with accounts payable (A/P) and accounts receivable (A/R) processes
Strong analytical skills to perform financial analysis
Familiarity with Access for organizing and managing data
Ability to perform accurate bank reconciliations
Detail-oriented and organized with commitment to accuracy
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
