Job Responsibility:
Lead and support critical financial projects such as financial statement preparation, GAAP conversions, and internal audit transformations
Act as a trusted advisor to client leadership, providing technical insights and operational excellence to ensure project success
Quickly adapt to new industries and technical environments, delivering immediate value-add service upon deployment
Contribute to the local office culture through participation in recruiting, business development, and mentorship
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
Active CPA license (or significant progress toward licensure) is preferred
Minimum of 2 busy seasons in external audit with a Big 4 or mid-tier national CPA firm
At least 1 busy season as a 'Senior' in external audit is strongly preferred
Mastery of U.S. GAAP and FASB standards
Advanced Excel skills (macros, VLOOKUPs, pivot tables) are essential
3+ years of relevant technical accounting or strategic financial experience
