As their team grows, we are looking for a part-time Accounting & Admin Support, based in Wageningen!

Job Responsibility

  • Check invoices, employee expenses and accounting entries for accuracy
  • Maintain and update data in the accounting system (Exact Online) and budget tracking
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable
  • Assist monthly closing and creating monthly and quarterly reports
  • Manage and maintain digital files (SharePoint)
  • Support the Admin Manager and team with administrative tasks and daily office operation

Requirements

  • Some experience (1-2 year) in an admin or accounting role
  • Good Excel skills
  • Exact Online is a plus
  • High attention to detail and structured way of working
  • A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Excellent English skills (Dutch or Japanese are a plus)
