Job Description

You'll be the go-to person for finance, HR, and admin operations—managing everything from bookkeeping and payroll to onboarding and employee support.

Job Responsibility

  • Manage bookkeeping, bank reconciliations, and financial reporting
  • Prepare balance sheets, P&Ls, and budget tracking
  • Issue invoices and manage client collections
  • Process monthly payroll, bonuses, and commissions
  • Prepare employment contracts and manage onboarding
  • Maintain employee records and track leave balances
  • Administer employee benefits and medical insurance
  • Act as the main contact for vendor and provider coordination
  • Support team members with HR, payroll, and general inquiries

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in accounting + HR/operations
  • Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel skills
  • Strong attention to detail and love for organization
  • Great communicator with a proactive, problem-solving attitude
  • Experience with payroll processing and HR administration
