We are looking for an experienced Accounting & Admin Manager for an onsite position in Turners Falls, Massachusetts. In this role, you will assist with financial operations and human resources, ensuring compliance and efficiency across the organization. This is a long-term contract position ideal for someone with a keen attention to detail and a strong background in accounting and human resources.
Job Responsibility:
Assist with month-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting and other general accounting as needed
Assist with Payroll preparation as needed
Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring compliance with industry standards
Reconcile accounts and review journal entries to maintain accurate financial data
Coordinate employee onboarding processes, including benefit enrollment and orientation
Manage compensation and benefits programs to support employee satisfaction
Develop and update the employee handbook to align with organizational policies
