We are partnering with a well-established and collaborative organization seeking a detail-oriented Accountant to support day-to-day financial operations. Job Responsibility

  • Manage day-to-day accounting functions including accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Prepare and process invoices, payments, and journal entries
  • Assist with month-end and year-end close processes
  • Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Support payroll processing and expense tracking (as needed)
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting

Requirements

  • 2+ years of hands-on accounting or bookkeeping experience
  • Strong understanding of basic accounting principles
  • Experience with accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, NetSuite, or similar)
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset
