Job Description

Our client, a GROWING company is seeking an experienced Accountant. This role will be responsible for preparing and reviewing monthly financial statements, maintaining accurate general ledger records, assisting with audits, and serving as a strategic advisor.

Job Responsibility

  • Prepare and review monthly financial statements for multiple entities
  • Maintain and reconcile bank accounts and general ledger accounts
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting
  • Assist clients and auditors during annual audits and financial reviews
  • Analyze financial data and provide insights to support client decision-making
  • Serve as a strategic business advisor, offering recommendations to improve financial performance and operational efficiency
  • Maintain accounting records in accordance with GAAP and company standards
  • Utilize QuickBooks and other accounting tools

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred, Associate's degree required
  • 4+ years of general accounting experience
  • Experience with QuickBooks online REQUIRED
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience preparing financial statements and performing account reconciliations
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines
  • Ability to work independently or collaboratively in a team setting
