Job Responsibility:
Prepare and manage month-end close processes, ensuring accurate financial reporting
perform detailed bank reconciliations to maintain precise account balances
oversee accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) processes to ensure timely transactions
utilize accounting software systems to record and analyze financial data effectively
maintain and reconcile balance sheet accounts to support organizational compliance
conduct audits and reviews of financial records to ensure accuracy and adherence to regulations
collaborate with team members to implement financial best practices and streamline workflows
support preparation of financial statements and reports for internal and external stakeholders
handle enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems to optimize accounting functions
assist with troubleshooting and resolving discrepancies in financial records
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field
proven experience in handling month-end closings and bank reconciliations
proficiency in accounting software systems such as ADP, Concur, and ERP platforms
strong knowledge of accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) processes
familiarity with auditing procedures and balance sheet account reconciliation
exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail in financial management
ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
excellent communication skills for reporting and coordination purposes
