Job Responsibility:
Perform routine accounting tasks, including accounts payable and receivable processes
Manage billing functions to ensure accuracy and timely invoicing
Conduct account reconciliations, particularly focusing on balance sheet items from the previous fiscal year
Support the Finance Department in maintaining efficient operations and resolving discrepancies
Handle special projects and assignments delegated by executives or management
Assist in preparing financial reports and summaries as needed
Collaborate with other departments to address financial inquiries and ensure compliance
Provide ad hoc support for accounting-related tasks and initiatives
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is highly desirable
Prior experience in an accounting role is preferred but not mandatory
Basic knowledge of accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) processes
Familiarity with billing functions and account reconciliation practices
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Proficiency in accounting principles and practices
Effective communication skills to interact with internal teams and external stakeholders
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
